Our Counseling Process: How It Works

We know starting counseling can feel intimidating, but the process is simple, and we’ll walk with you every step of the way.

Step 1: Fill Out a Form
Use our confidential intake form to tell us what you’re going through and how we can help.

Step 2: Get Matched with a Counselor
We’ll pair you with someone trained to help, male or female, based on your preference and situation.

Step 3: Start Meeting Weekly
You’ll meet with your counselor once a week for about an hour. Together, you’ll open God’s Word and begin the work of growth.

Step 4: Finish with a Care Plan
When you're ready to finish, your counselor will give you next steps, like reading, relationships, or spiritual support, to help you keep growing.
